% 14.08.2020 This petition has been heard through video conferencing. This petition was filed primarily because the Cataract surgery on the eye of the petitioner was not being carried out. The surgery has now been carried out.

In view of the above, the present petition has served its purpose and therefore, been rendered infructuous. Any other prayer of the petitioner be made to the concerned authority, which would be considered in accordance with law.
