% 07.08.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) BAIL APPLN. 1833/2020 By the instant application, the applicant seeks interim bail on the ground of parity with two of the co-accused namely Kishan Lal @ Kartik and Shahrukh. As per the prosecution case, accused Shahrukh had fired the shot resulting in the death of the victim. Said main accused Shahrukh and the other co-accused Kishan Lal @ Kartik have already been given indulgence of interim bail. The applicant is in JC since 06.08.2014. Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances and the principle of parity, the applicant is admitted to interim bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his release on his executing a personal bond in the sum

of Rs.50,000/- to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendant. Application stands disposed of accordingly. The date earlier fixed i.e. 17.08.2020 stands cancelled.
