Status report has been filed by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD') stating that there is a stay order passed by the Appellate Tribunal Municipal Corporation of Delhi (ATMCD) on 8th October 2024, which has since been extended. He further informs that the matter is now fixed for 10th June 2025.

Counsel for the MCD further states that they have held their hands with respect to demolition due to the said stay order. 3.

This petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to revive the same, subject to orders passed by the ATMCD in this regard. 4.
