% 28.03.2025 Proceedings are being conducted through hybrid mode.

1. The present matter is listed today before the undersigned for arguments on determination of the amount payable in terms of directions mentioned in order dated 07.03.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court.

2. Vide order dated 7.3.2024 passed by Hon'ble Court, the matter was placed before the undersigned to adjudicate the amount on the basis of rate of interest as on 20.9.2018 plus 2% for the period from the date of award (i.e. from 20.09.2018 until the date of deposit i.e. 20.12.2019).

3. Registry has filed the report with respect to calculation of amount of interest by the rate of 6.70% per annum plus The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 01/07/2025 at 16:13:00

2% on the amount of Rs.1,52,18,073.00 from the date of award i.e. 20.09.2018 till date of deposit i.e. 20.12.2019, in terms of the previous order.

4. Ld. Counsels for parties appearing today seek time to inspect the record and to go through the report filed by the Registry.
