% 24.07.2020 The status report has been filed in terms of the last order dated 22.07.2020. Though, the SHO of the concerned Police Station did make an effort, and was able to locate a bed to accommodate the petitioner's ailing child, unfortunately, the child was critical, and has since passed away. The remains of the child will be handed over to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid this petition has become infructuous. Mr. Saxena submits that the respondent No.2 hospital should be directed to provide copies of the complete medical record of the child. We direct respondent No.1 to collect copy of the complete medical

record of the child from respondent No.2 and to deliver the same against acknowledgement to the petitioner.

Once the post mortem report of the deceased child is prepared, the same shall be shared with the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner and respondent No.2 to take whatever action they wish to take.
