CM(M) 660/2019 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner on 14.11.2017 though the leave to defend application was allowed but only to a limited extent qua proving of the status of the husband of the petitioner herein. Vide the said order only three opportunities were granted to either party to complete the evidence. It is submitted five opportunities have been since granted for the petitioner‟s evidence but the respondent is taking time to cross-examine the witnesses and only part cross-examination of PW1 has been done till date. The petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to the learned ARC to complete the trial within six months from

19.07.2019, the date already fixed by the learned ARC. In the circumstances the learned ARC shall endeavour to complete the trial within six months from the said date. The petition and pending application, if any, stands disposed of in terms of above.
