The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying as under :- "Issue writ of certiorari or any other writ/order/directions in likewise manner quashing the impugned FIR No. 20/2018 PS Crime Branch and proceedings arising consequent thereto."

The petitioner appears in person and submits that the FIR 20/2018 registered with PS Crime Branch and all proceedings are liable to be quashed since another FIR (FIR No.
229/2017 under Section 467/468/471/120-B IPC P.S. Tilak Marg) relating to the same transaction is pending.

Both the aforesaid FIRs relate to forgery of documents. The petitioner claims that they are part of the same transaction. This Court is unable to accept this contention. It is alleged that the petitioner has filed two forged documents: One that was sent to the learned CMM Court and another that was sent to this Court. It is alleged that the said forged documents purported to be an orders of the Supreme Court. It is alleged that petitioner employed the same modus operandi.

In view of the above, the present petition is not merited and is, accordingly, dismissed.
