% 27.01.2020 Vide this petition, request for transfer of case pertaining to FIR No. 247/2016, under Sections 323/341/354/452/506/509/34 IPC, registered at police station Mandawali, Delhi pending before the court of learned Ms. Surabhi Sharma Vats, Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board-IV, Institutional Area, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi, to a court of competent jurisdiction is sought on the ground that the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victims- Ms.Pushpa Devi and Ms.Darshna have been recorded by Ms. Surbhi Sharma Vats, Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board-IV and she is a witness in the present chargesheet at serial no.09.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State requests that this case be transferred to Juvenile Justice Board-V, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

Heard.

In view of the above, let this case be transferred to Juvenile Justice Board-V, Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi and parties are directed to appear before the Juvenile Justice Board-V, on 7th February, 2020.
