Pursuant to the last order, a status report has been filed opposing the grant of interim bail to the petitioner. As per the status report, the petitioner is married to two sisters and has adult children from both his wives. It also transpires that the petitioner's two sons are gainfully employed as drivers.

In the light of this status report, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present application and the same is accordingly dismissed.
