These petitions under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 have been jointly filed by the parties to the arbitration proceeding, seeking extension of time for the Sole Arbitrator to pass the Award(s).

Having considered the contents of the petition(s) the time for making of the Award(s) by the Sole Arbitrator is extended by a further period of nine months with effect from May, 2019.
