% 13.08.2020 (Hearing through Video Conferencing) Vide the present petition, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in relation to FIR no. 217/2020 Police Station Seelampur, registered under Sections 21/29 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

At the outset it is submitted on behalf of the State that though vide order dated 13.7.2020 the bail applications of the applicants were declined by the learned Special Judge NDPS/ ASJ (North-East), the same were so declined during the course of investigation and thereafter the chargesheet has since been filed on 20.7.2020. Learned counsel for the petitioners thus seeks to seek the grant of bail before the learned Trial Court and seeks to move an appropriate application. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the copy of the charge sheet with annexures be supplied to the learned counsel for the applicants. The State shall ensure that the Investigating Officer of the case supplies the entire copy of the chargesheet to the learned Counsel Mr.Yogesh Sharma, who submits that he is the counsel representing the applicants before the learned Trial Court.
