% 20.04.2017 On 06th March, 2017, the Court had passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for Delhi Jal Board states that its Executive Engineer (South)-I has applied for road cutting permission in Rajokari Village to the Engineerin-Chief/Chairman of RR Coordination Committee, SDMC vide letter dated 3rd March, 2017. A photocopy of the said letter has been handed over to learned counsel for SDMC, who in turn, is directed to obtain instructions within a period of two weeks.

List the matter for consideration on 20th April, 2017."

Today, learned counsel for SDMC states that road cutting permission has been granted. A photocopy of the said permission

dated 19th April, 2017 is taken on record.

Learned counsel for Delhi Jal Board (DJB) also assures and undertakes to this Court that new pipeline shall be laid within a period of four weeks.

The statement made by learned counsel for DJB is accepted by this Court and DJB is held bound by the same. In view thereof, present writ petition is disposed of as satisfied. MANMOHAN, J APRIL 20, 2017 KA
