% 08.12.2017 None appears for the Judgment Debtors. Learned counsel for the Decree Holder submits that settlement has been arrived at between the parties, the terms whereof have been recorded in the form of an email where under the Judgment Debtors have agreed to pay the settled amount of Rs.1.85 crores in four instalments last being on 25.01.2018. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, counsel for the Decree Holder prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in case the Judgment Debtors do not comply with the terms of the settlement.
