1. The hearing was conducted through video conferencing.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the lack of response to its application made on 26.02.2020 for transfer of the training institute from District Jhalawar to District Jaipur, Rajasthan. The petitioner is apprehensive that it may lose out on the academic session beginning this year. Therefore it seeks an expeditious decision on its application.

3. Ms. Nidhi Raman, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, states that permission for such transfer can only be granted within one Administrative/Revenue Block; that the extant policy does not permit shifting of the institute from one District to another or from a Rural District/ Block to an Urban District/Block.

4. Be that as it may, let the respondent take a decision on the petitioner's

application within a period of three weeks from today. The decision be communicated to the petitioner on or before 17.08.2020 through email, through counsel as well.

5. The writ petition, alongwith pending applications, is disposed-off in terms of the above.
