% 23.07.2020 The petitioner seeks a vigilance enquiry against certain police officials on the premise that her son, Mohit Bhardwaj, who is about 23 years of age, has been falsely implicated in case FIR No. 472/2020 registered under sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act 1959 at PS : Janakpuri, New Delhi. 2.

Mr. Joginder Tuli, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's son, who was on interim bail at the relevant time, was falsely implicated in 22 cases by the police. 3.

At the outset, it is noticed that though he is major, the present petition has been filed not by the son, but by his mother. 4.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned ASC has entered appearance on behalf of the State on advance copy.

After making some submissions however, Mr. Tuli wishes to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file afresh, if found necessary, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
