This hearing has been held through video conferencing. 2.
The present petition has been filed by Petitioners, who are residents of Plot No. 622, Jaipur Bhawan Guru Ramdas Nagar, Delhi-110092 i.e. the subject matter property. Their submission is that unauthorised construction is being carried out by Respondent No. 5 on the terrace of the said property by building a 5th floor. Accordingly, prayer is sought for directing the Corporation for taking action and stop the unauthorised construction being carried out.

Mr. Sanjay Dewan, ld. counsel appearing for the SHO, PS Laxmi Nagar submits that after receiving advance copy of the petition, he had By:PRATHIBA M SINGH
asked the SHO to inspect the property. The SHO has confirmed that unauthorised construction is going on and accordingly, the said report of the SHO has been transmitted to the Corporation.

Mr. Harish Kumar Khinchi, ld. counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that the property has already been booked for carrying out unauthorised construction and action would be taken in accordance with law.

In view of these submissions, no further orders are called for in this writ petition. If the Petitioner or Respondent No. 5 have any grievance against the action of the Corporation or otherwise, they are permitted to approach the Special Task Force (STF) constituted under the Monitoring Committee. The authorities shall ensure that no unauthorised construction takes place in the property concerned and if any construction is ongoing, the same shall be immediately stopped.

The petition is disposed of in these terms, along with all pending applications.
