By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the petitioner seeks quashing of summoning order dated 03.02.2026 passed in CBI No.7/2026 titled "CBI vs. M/s Dream Procon Pvt. Ltd. & Ors." pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-05, Rouse Avenue Courts Complex, New Delhi.

After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
