The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a.
Allow the writ petition and issue a writ in the nature of mandamus by directing the respondent to release the petitioner on parole for 03 months or in alternative grant 2nd & 3rd spell of furlough in the interest of justice."

The petitioner is on furlough and is currently not in custody. He is required to surrender before the concerned authority on or before
24.07.2020.

The petitioner's application for parole was considered and has been rejected by an order dated 18.07.2020. The said order is not impugned in the present petition.

Mr Garg, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, sttates that the said order has not been communicated to the petitioner. 6.
In the circumstances, it is directed that the copy of the order dated 18.07.2020 be furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 7.
The present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to assail the said order while reserving the rights of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.07.2020. Needless to state that any such challenge, if made, would be considered on its own merits.
