However, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has since been granted interim bail on 04.08.2020 for a period of 45 days and thus, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application seeking liberty to seek redressal in accordance with law in the event of further incarceration of the applicant. The application is thus dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
