Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner shall take the steps to summon all the witnesses before the Trial Court within one week.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the direction to the Trial Court expedite the proceedings in the matter and dispose of the same at the earliest. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the direction to the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings and dispose of the matter at the earliest. Pending application also stands disposed of.
