The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking extension of interim bail for a period of 45 days in FIR No.0098/2019 under Section 302/201/34 of the IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act registered with PS Jahangirpuri.

The petitioner was granted bail by an order dated 13.03.2020 passed in Bail Application No.650/2020 subject to the certain conditions. The said order was subsequently extended by an order dated 15.05.2020 passed in Bail Application No.923/2020. A bare perusal of the order indicates that the petitioner's interim bail was extended in view of the orders passed by the

this Court in W.P.(C) 3080/2020. Such orders are liable to be extended till 31.08.2020 by virtue of the order dated 13.07.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in 'Court on its Own Motion v. State & Ors.: W.P.(C) 3037/2020.

The said petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended till 31.08.2020 on the same terms and conditions as set out in the order dated 13.03.2020.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent.
