This is an application seeking recall of the order dated 23.07.2020 filed by Mr.Rameshwar Tyagi and Mr.Nishant Tyagi who claim to be 50% shareholders in the petitioner company.

itself was filed without the knowledge or consent of the applicants and, in fact, no board resolution was ever passed by the petitioner company authorising Mr.Akshay Tyagi to file the present petition. 5.

Issue notice. Mr.Rahul Shukla, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.Akshay Tyagi. He prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file reply. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

Upon the applicants filing process fee, issue notice to the respondents/non-applicants through counsel by electronic means, returnable on 26.11.2020.
