3. Issue notice.

4. Ms Puja Kalra, the learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent- Corporation.

5. At joint request of the learned counsel for the parties, the petition is taken up for disposal.

6. By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks the following relief: "pass a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order directing the respondent to de-seal the premises no. 10/L-2 and premises no. 10/L-3 situated in the Ground Floor of the Property bearing no. 9062, Ram Bagh Road, Azad Market, Delhi- 110006..."

7. The petitioner is aggrieved by the lack of response to his

representation dated 29.01.2020, apropos request for de-sealing of his premises bearing no. 10/L-2 and 10/L-3 situated on the Ground Floor of the Property bearing no. 9062, Ram Bagh Road, Azad Market, Delhi-110006, which he contends was sealed without serving any prior notice upon him.

8. The learned counsel for the Corporation submits that the sealing was carried out at the instance of the Monitoring Committee of the Supreme Court so the petitioner would have to apply to the appropriate forum for seeking any relief.

9. Let the Corporation communicate this information, if it is so advised, in response to the petitioner's representation/application dated 29.01.2020, after according him an opportunity of being heard, within a week from today. The Corporation's decision shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

10. The petition is disposed off in above terms.
