The present application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking clarification to surrender in view of order dated 13.07.2020 and 24.08.2020 passed in W.P. (C) 3037/2020 titled as Court on its own motion vs. State & Ors. in case FIR No.148/2015 registered at Police Station - Crime Branch for the offences punishable under Sections 20/25/29 NDPS Act.

Learned APP for the State accepts notice.

With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present application has been taken up for final disposal.

The present application has been filed by the petitioner in view of directions passed by Full Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.08.2020 passed in W.P.(C) 3037/2020 titled as Court on its own motion vs. State & BAIL APPLN. 1859/2020

Ors whereby all interim orders have been extended till 31st October 2020. 6.

Keeping in view the averments made in the said application which have not been disputed by learned APP for the State as well as in view of the aforesaid order passed by Full Bench of this Court, the interim bail of the petitioner is extended till 31st October, 2020 on the same terms and conditions. 7.

The application is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of. 8.

Copy of this order be transmitted to the Jail Superintendent concerned and Trial Court for necessary compliance.
