amicably settled between the parties vide aforementioned settlement agreement.

Today, the complainant/respondent no. 2, who is present in Court states that she has received the last and final instalment of Rs. 15,00,000/- today, i.e., 12.03.2025 vide DD No. 514652 for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- drawn on ICICI Bank and Fixed Deposit Receipt for a sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- and that she has no objection, if the FIR is quashed. 13.
