% 29.07.2020 [Court hearing convened via video-conferencing on account of COVID-19] CRL.M.A. No.10087/2020 1.

The substantive prayer made in the captioned application is as follows:

"(i) grant permission to the petitioner for withdrawal of the pending bail application no. 1877 of 2020 filed in FIR 0258/2020 registered at Police Station Shastri Park, Delhi. U/s 186/353/332/392/411/34 IPC;"

In view of the limited prayer made in the captioned application, no notice needs to be issued to respondent no. 2. 3.

In fact, on the previous date i.e. 24.07.2020, notice was issued only to respondent no. 1/State in view of the limited direction being issued in the matter i.e. concerning filing of the status report. BAIL APPLN. 1877/2020 1/2 KUMAR RAI 10:13

Issue notice to the non-applicant/respondent no. 1/State. 4.1 Mr. Hirein Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, accepts notice for the non-applicant/respondent no. 1/State. 4.2 Mr. Sharma says that he does not wish to file a reply to the captioned application as he has no objection to the relief sought in the captioned application being granted.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the captioned application is allowed. 6.

The accompanying Bail Application i.e. Bail Appl. No. 1877/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to say, in case the applicant/petitioner was to approach the concerned Trial Court, as is averred in the body of the captioned application, the concerned Trial Court will rule upon such an application as per law. 8.

The application is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforementioned terms.

BAIL APPLN. 1877/2020 & CRL. M.A. No.10088/2020 9.

In view of the order passed today in Crl. M.A. No.10087/2020, the captioned bail application shall stand dismissed as withdrawn. 10.

Accordingly, the case shall stand consigned to record. 11.

The pending application shall, consequently, stand closed as having been rendered infructous.
