The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "a) Pass an orders and directions to the Respondents to investigate the matter in a fair and proper manner; b) Pass an order directing the investigation officer to call the Respondent and its Director/Officials for investigation purpose;

c) Pass an order directing the respondent to expedite the

investigation of the offence in the interest of justice." 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner had made a complaint to the concerned police authorities against respondent nos.5 to 8, inter alia, alleging issuance of misleading advertisement, fraud and cheating. He states that the said FIR had not been registered and the petitioner has filed an application under Section 156(3) Cr. PC before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate but the same has not been decided as yet.

At this stage, no directions are required to be passed for conducting any investigation, since; an FIR has not been registered as yet. The courts have now resumed their functioning, albeit to a limited extent, and applications filed under Section 156(3) of the Cr.PC are being heard. In the given circumstances, the petitioner's application under Section 156(3) of the CrPC would also be decided in due course.

The petition is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue alternate remedies.
