The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that the Impugned Circular dated 15.06.2020 issued by the respondent no. 1 be treated as withdrawn and the respondent no.1 shall abide by the 'Bulletin of Information for Admission to Undergraduate Courses (2020-21)' published by the respondent no.2 for the purpose of admission in the sports quota in the Academic Year 2020-21. He further submits that fresh matrix of seats allocation shall be provided to the respondent no.2 in accordance with the said Bulletin.

In view of the above submissions, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of.
