% 31.07.2015 I.A. No. 14287/2015 (u/O 23 R 1 & 3 CPC) Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 26th May, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 25th May, 2015, which is marked as Mark 'C-1'. Settlement Agreement has been signed by both the parties and their respective counsel. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of Mark 'C-1'.

Accordingly, suit as well as counter claim are disposed of in terms of Mark 'C-1'. All other miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.

Since parties have settled their disputes through the process of mediation, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and defendant/counter
