It is pointed out by the parties that the Delhi Development Authority ("DDA") has filed a petition being SLP (Civil) No. 23013/2022 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Vide order dated 09th December, 2022, the Supreme Court has directed that the present contempt proceedings be stayed until further orders. 3.

Consequently, it is apparent that no further orders can be passed in the present petition, in view of the order passed by the Supreme Court. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 5.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present petition, subject to orders passed by the Supreme Court.
