The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying for interim bail for a period of forty-five days in FIR No.15/2018 under Section 302/34 IPC, registered with PS Chitranjan Park. 2.

Mr Nayak, learned APP submits that there are three material witness, one of whom has been examined and had turned hostile. He submits that there are serious apprehensions that the other witnesses would be influenced in the event the petitioner is released.

two material witnesses be examined expeditiously. 4.

It is directed that as and when the Court resumes examination of witnesses and recording of evidence, the remaining two material witnesses would be examined. This would be done within a period of three months immediately after resumption of functioning of the court. 5.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh after the two material witnesses have been examined.
