The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking interim bail in connection with FIR No.0420/2018 under Section 363 IPC registered at Police Station Welcome. Subsequently, Sections 109/302/201/328/376/34 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act were added in the FIR. 2.

The petitioner prays for an interim bail on the ground that the marriage of two real brothers of the petitioner is scheduled on 21.04.2024 and 26.04.2024.

Notice was issued with a direction to the State to verify the factum of marriage.

The learned APP for the State has handed over a status report today in the Court, the same is taken on record.

The marriage of one of the brother of the petitioner has already been solemnised on 21.04.2024 and the second marriage is scheduled for 26.04.2024. It has also been verified that a reception of the weddings of the two brothers is scheduled on 27.04.2024.

In view of the above, the petitioner is granted interim bail for a period of ten days from the date of his release subject to his furnishing Personal Bond of Rs. 25,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate, further subject to the following conditions:- a) Petitioner shall appear before the Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.

b) Petitioner shall provide mobile number to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times and he shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned.

c) Petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not communicate with or come in contact with the witnesses. 7.

The petition stands disposed of.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance and information.
