Applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR no. 0675/2025 dated 29.10.2025 registered at PS North Rohini for commission of offence under Section 309(6)/311/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

FIR is registered on the basis of statement made by Amit Kumar who received injuries in the incident in question. 3.

According to him, two unknown persons came towards him on the night intervening 28.10.2025 and 29.10.2025 and started altercating with him. One of them caught hold of him from behind and the other stabbed him on the left side of his abdominal region. On his shouts, one Sonu and Aman @ Raja reached at the spot and tried to chase both of the abovesaid accused but they were able to flee away. The injured and complainant claimed that they could identify the accused persons.

As per the prosecution's story, one of such accused i.e. Vishal, who had allegedly stabbed Amit, was arrested. He made disclosure about the involvement of Shivam, and later on Shivam, himself, surrendered. 5.

The investigation is over as the charge-sheet has already been filed. 6.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is hardly 20 years of age with no previous involvement and since the investigation is BAIL APPLN. 1798/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. already over, keeping in mind his clean antecedents, he deserves to be released on bail.

Though, according to prosecution, the applicant herein was identified by one eye witness Sonu, the injured Amit has failed to identify him. 8.

Keeping in mind the overall facts of the case, albeit, without making any final observation on the merits of the case, the applicant is admitted to bail, on his furnishing personal bond in a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of like amount, subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate with the following conditions:- (i) The applicant would provide his Mobile Number to the concerned I.O and would ensure that such Mobile Number remains active and operational, till the disposal of the case by the learned Trial Court.

(ii) The applicant would not try to come in contact of any of the prosecution witness, directly or indirectly and will not misuse the concession of the bail by indulging in commission of any offence of similar nature.

The present bail application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 10.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
