This is a petition under Section 29A (4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as "the 1996 Act") for extending the time available with the learned Arbitral Tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceedings and pass the award. 2.

Mr. Abhay N. Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr. Manish Kumar Bishnoi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submit, ad idem, that the interests of justice would warrant grant of extension of time as sought.

Accordingly, the time available with the learned Arbitral OMP(MISC)(COMM) 163/2020

Tribunal, to conclude the arbitral proceedings and pronounce the award stands extended till 31st October, 2020, as prayed. 4.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
