The appellant has filed an appeal for enhancement of the award dated 10.01.2019 passed by the learned MACT awarding compensation of Rs.9,93,712/- along with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of filing of claim petition.

After comprehensive discussions, it is agreed between the parties that the appellant(s) shall get an enhanced amount of Rs.16,65,000/- as lump sum compensation over and above the Award of the learned Tribunal as full and final compensation. The learned counsel for the appellant(s) submits that the enhanced amount be released as per the proportion of the Award. 3.
In view of the above, the Insurance Company is directed to deposit the said enhanced amount within 06 weeks from today before the concerned Tribunal failing which it shall carry interest @ 9% p.a. on the delayed The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and we direct the concerned Tribunal to release the share of the appellant no. 1 as per the proportion of the Award subject to fulfilment of all requisite formalities. The share of the appellants no. 2 and 3 shall be put in the form of two separate FDRs in any nationalised bank and the same be released along with accrued interest to the appellants no. 2 and 3 on attaining the age of majority. 5.
