This hearing has been held through video conferencing. 2.

The present petition has been filed seeking regular bail. The Court has heard ld. counsels for the parties. Ld. counsel for the Applicant submits that the trial has already concluded and it is at the final stage. He further submits that if the final arguments and judgement is expedited, he does not press the petition, at this stage.

Considering that the trial has concluded and only arguments have to be heard and the judgment is to be pronounced, it is directed that the Trial Court will endeavour to conclude the proceedings and pronounce judgement within the next four months.
