O R D E R

% 19.04.2018 CM APPL. No. 25335/2017 (for discharge of surety bond and return of original FDRs) This application seeks return of the original receipts of the fixed deposits of Smt. Raksha Rani Takyar, "subject to the payment within two weeks" of some additional amount towards interest for the period 01.04.2017 till 07.07.2017.

The learned counsel for the non-applicant states that the bank would have no objection to the release of the said documents provided that the requisite amount due to the bank is paid to it within the said period. According to the State Bank of India/non-applicant, an amount of Rs. 22,746/- is payable.

Let the same be paid alongwith final consolidated interest of Rs.1,000/-, within two weeks.

Subject to the aforesaid payment, the original FDR in the name of Smt. Raksha Rani Takyar shall be released to the applicants. The application stands disposed-off in the above terms.
