By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 429/2023 dated 06.11.2023, lodged at Police Station Chandi Mahal, District Central, Delhi, under Sections 307/385/506/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.
Although the application is styled as "FIRST APPLICATION U/S 439 OF CRPC R/W SEC. 483 OF BNSS 2023 FOR GRANT OF REGULAR BAIL...", it is, in fact, the third application filed by the applicant before this Court. The first bail application before this Court [BAIL APPLN. 3149/2024] was permitted to be withdrawn by order dated 02.09.2024, which reads as follows:
"1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to approach the competent BAIL APPLN. 1796/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 12/05/2026 at 11:20:08
court for grant of bail after the examination of the complainant and the witnesses.
2. Permission and liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
3. The petition is disposed of along with pending application(s), if any."
This application finds no mention in the present application or in the detailed affidavit filed by the applicant in compliance with the Practice Directions issued by this Court on 18.03.2026, in terms of the decision of the Supreme Court in Zeba Khan v. State of U.P. and Others [Criminal Appeal No. 825/2026, decided on 11.02.2026].

The second bail application [BAIL APPLN. 2299/2025] was dismissed by a detailed judgment dated 08.10.2025, which finds mention in the application, but no copy thereof has been annexed to the present application. This conduct on the part of the applicant is deprecated. 4.
At this stage, Mr. Vineet Jain, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. 5.
The bail application, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
