BAIL APPLN. 1867/2020 The applicant was granted interim bail on 26.06.2020 and in para 5 of the application, it is averred as follows:

"5. That even otherwise present application for

extension of interim bail of the accused is covered by the directions passed by Hon'ble The High Court of Delhi in W.P. (C) No. 3037/2020 and hence interim bail of the applicant may be extended till 31.8.2020."

In view of the averments made in the foregoing para of the application, the instant application is misconceived and is disposed of accordingly.
