By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks to set aside the order dated 11.02.2025, whereby anticipatory bail was granted to respondent No. 2 in connection with FIR No. 527/2024 dated 30.12.2024, registered under Section 109(1) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Seelampuri, Delhi.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the learned Sessions Court. 3.

The petition alongwith the pending applications is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case or on any petition that may be filed by the petitioner hereafter, which shall be considered by the appropriate Court on its own merits, in accordance with law.
