CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V. KAMESWAR RAO

O R D E R

% 09.07.2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that the petitioners have got the decree dated 12.10.2018 read with 27.11.2018 in CS(OS) No.237/2016 registered, which was the only objection taken by the bank for release of the funds lying in the Bank Account Nos.110810767 & 118104230.

Mr. Khan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1/bank, on instructions, states that in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners it would be appropriate for the petitioners to approach the bank with the original of the registered documents, so that the bank after verification and as per procedure take further action including releasing of the funds.

Noting the submission of Mr. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners, by stating that the petitioners shall approach the bank today

itself, wishes to withdraw the petition as nothing further survives. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
