This is a joint application filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to record the compromise between the parties. The Settlement Agreement dated 26th March, 2025 is annexed to the present application as Document-1.

The application bears the signatures of the authorised representatives of the plaintiffs and the defendants as well as their respective counsel. The application is also supported by affidavits of the authorised representatives of the plaintiffs as well as the defendants.

same to be unlawful.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the said Settlement Agreement.

In view of the order passed in I.A. 13278/2025, the present suit is decreed in terms of the aforesaid application. The said application shall form part of the decree sheet.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

All the pending applications stand disposed of. 9.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties prior to recording of evidence, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 50% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs, in terms of Section 16A of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
