Petitioner has filed the subject contempt petition contending that order dated 07.12.2018 has not been complied with inasmuch as the representation of the petitioner has not been decided within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on advance notice, submits that the representation of the petitioner has been MAGGU to HMJ Sanjeev Sachdeva.

decided by order dated 29.01.2019 and the order has already been communicated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no order has been received till date by the petitioner. He prays that copy of the order be provided. In view of the above, respondents are directed to communicate the order dated 29.01.2019 to the petitioner through counsel within one week from today.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving all rights of the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law after receipt of the order.

Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 7.
