O R D E R

The matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- over and above the amount awarded by the MACT payable by the Insurer to the claimants. 2.

The amount be paid by the Insurer to the claimants through the DHCLSC within 30 days from today failing which interest @ 7.5% per annum shall be payable. Out of the settled amount, Rs.2,00,000/- shall be payable to the appellant no.1 and Rs.1,00,000/- each to the respondent no.2 to 4.

The share of the minor appellants shall be kept in the FDR for a period till they attain the age of majority and 50% of the share of appellant no.1 shall be kept in the FDR for a period of three years.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
