% 07.02.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by this petition the petitioner had sought consolidation of the four trials against the petitioner. However, during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been acquitted in FIR No.28/2013 vide order dated 25th September, 2017 by the learned Trial Court.
Thus learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition seeking consolidation of the cases and seeks leave to withdraw the same.
Leave granted.
