At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner is only aggrieved by the observations made in the bail order dated 12.02.2024 passed by learned ASJ (South), Saket Court, New Delhi in Bail Matter 78/2024 that the dispute is of a civil nature. 2.

Considering the fact that the said observations have been made in the bail application, it is clarified that the said observations are prima facie in nature.

No further orders are required to be passed.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
