Ms. Roy submits that she has instructions to withdraw the present suit.

Consequently, counsel for the defendant/ counter-claimant also seeks to withdraw the counter-claim.

Accordingly, the suit as well as the counter-claim are dismissed as withdrawn.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
