The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 21B of the Hindu Marriage Act seeks the following prayers: "I) summon the' records of the aforesaid HMA No.309/08/07/05 (titled as Jai Sachdeva Vs. Smt. Shobha Sachdeva) from the Court of Judge/Family Court (North- West District), Rohini, Delhi and peruse the same and consequently direct the learned Trial Court to make every possible endeavor to decide the pending HMA petition No.309/08/07/05 (titled as Jai Sachdeva Vs. Smt. Shobha Sachdeva) at the earliest, preferably within three months, from the date of order of this Hon'ble Court.

The present petition is disposed of requesting the learned Family Court to expedite the hearing of the application seeking revival of the proceedings filed on behalf of the petitioner, which is stated to be listed for hearing on 04.07.2026, without giving any undue adjournments to either of the parties and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 5.
