% 14.01.2020 The parties have settled the dispute amicably vide Deed of Settlement dated 06.07.2019 in terms of paras 1 to 7 of the said agreement. It is stated by both the counsels that the parties have entered into settlement voluntarily without any undue influence and coercion. Admittedly some payments have since been made on dates mentioned in para 1 of the Deed of Settlement. Learned counsel for the appellant says the appellant shall honour the schedule of payments per serial No.8, 9 and 10 of para 1 of the deed on or before dates mentioned therein. The parties shall abide by the terms and conditions stipulated in the Deed of Settlement dated 06.07.2019. The appeal stands disposed of in terms of the above. Pending applications are also disposed of.

Parties shall bear their own cost.
