At the outset, Ms Dhawan, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - SDMC submits that action has already been initiated against the illegal/unauthorized construction and the Corporation will take the matter to its logical end within a month from today after according to R-3 an opportunity of being heard.

3. Be that as it may, since the learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks to withdraw this petition, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
